Why I Do This

The built environment sits at the heart of society’s biggest challenges — from climate change and inequality to wellbeing and community. The pace of change is accelerating, and with it, the expectations of different generations about what work should mean.

I believe built environment professionals have a vital role to play. With AI reshaping our industry, the role of the professional is no longer just about delivering projects. It’s about shaping the future of business, inspiring clients, and making a real difference in society.

That’s why I started Boxx. My passion is to equip those who share this purpose with the skills, confidence, and motivation to act. To help them find workplaces and clients aligned with their values. To help them build inclusive, supportive cultures where diverse professionals can progress and stay.

Because when people grow with purpose, and when businesses grow by valuing difference, society grows stronger too!
