Why sustainable growth starts with people, not pipelines
What I’ve learned over many years working as a coach and mentor alongside multidisciplinary practices is this:
business development only becomes sustainable when it is developed, not imposed.

At its core, business development is about how we build relationships, stay relevant, and create value over time. It is not an add-on to our work; it is a leadership behaviour that underpins strategy, collaboration, resilience, and career growth.
